M/S. Shah and Associates was founded by Shri. Subhash Narandas Shah, B. Arch., FIIA, FIV, in the year 1977. Subsequently, to cater to the fast-increasing clientele, M/S. Subhash Shah and Associates Architects Private Limited (SSAPVT) with Shri Subhash N. Shah as one of its directors, was established with its Head Office at Lunat Mansion, 118/120 Mint road, Mumbai – 400 001 and Branch Office at 201/202/203 Parmar Chambers, 2nd Floor, Sadhu Vaswani Chowk, 3 & 4 B.J. Road, Pune– 411001. Later in the year 2006, another well-equipped, branch office was established in Pune at 1/3, Kumar City, Kalyani-Nagar, Pune-411014.
SSAPVT is considered as one of the leading legal clearance firm in Pune and Mumbai providing specialized services for all types of legal clearance matters with the Government of Maharashtra, Municipal Corporations of Pune and Mumbai, small Semi-Goverment Bodies and other concerned departments. We are Registered Architects under the Council of Architecture Act, 1972, with membership of Shri Subhash N. Shah, having Registration No. CA/75/2462. We are Fellow member of Indian Institute of Architects, having fellowship No. 4543. We are also Valuers registered under the membership of Shri Subhash N. Shah, proprietor, Subhash Shah and Associates, having Fellowship No. f/1737. We are also registered as Valuers under the Income Tax Act, 1961 for the purpose of valuation of immovable properties with Registration No. Cat. I-58 of 1988. Shri Subhash N. Shah is also a patron member of the Architects, Engineers, Surveyors Association, Pune, since August, 1980.
Established in 1977, we have been in this profession for four decades now, with an established list of clientele in Mumbai as well as Pune. With our experienced and dynamic team of architects, engineers, lawyers, 3-D artists and model makers, we have established a track record of excellence in the field of architecture and construction creating landmark projects. We have executed over 2500 projects of different types and scale, with our focus on providing quality service to our clients. We have the expertise and resources at par with the fast and ever changing international technologies to execute projects at home and abroad. We are Licensed Valuers for well-known Corporates, namely, Citibank, Lloyds Housing Finance, Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC Bank, Development Credit Bank, GE Countrywide, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax u/s 34 AB, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board with a team of highly qualified engineers and supporting staff carrying out technical appraisals and valuations for Mortgage loans against projects/ houses under the consumer finance programme.
Another dimension was added to our organization with the establishment of M/s. Advanced Concepts and Design Studio (ACDS) in the year 2005, a sister concern of SSAPVT, headed by Architect Nirav Shah, emphasizing on master planning and concept designing of residential, commercial and corporate entities. ACDS believes in providing total design concepts and solutions to the clients, ranging from Exteriors, including landscaping to interiors and furniture designing with emphasis on niche design detailing. In a short span of it's existence, ACDS has come up with multi-fold niche projects in the field of architecture and interiors not just in the country but internationally as well. The firm's design philosophy is to integrate client's goal with user needs along with design aesthetics and economic sense.

With four decades of broad spectrum of experience in commercial, residential, institutional and hospitality developments, we have been providing specialized services in all major disciplines within the realms of architecture, interior spaces, landscape architecture and master planning all over urban India. We have invested in creating infrastructure with the latest technology available today to enable our designers to create a design experience for our clients.
